Can your 1000 MOQ include multiple products? Is it negotiable?
No, our 1000 MOQ is set for each individual product that you order. We’re not currently able to reduce this.
Can you send me free samples?
All samples are chargeable, but redeemable against a bulk order. You can order samples here.
What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is just 1000 units. However, this will increase if you choose special packaging decoration options such as silk screen printing or foiling. MOQs will also increase if you require custom formulation or fragrance.
What is the lead-time?
Our lead time is 8 weeks from signed off artwork.
