The process for reorders is more streamlined in the sense that you don't have to resubmit new artworks as we can use your previously approved versions. We also work from the Production Standard of your last order; this helps us work towards the same outcome as before. If you'd like to make any amendments to your artworks or packaging, this will require reworking and may add onto the re-orders lead time.
Yes! Our low MOQs, accessible information and proactive customer service all accommodate start-ups and help them enter the world of skincare. Pelham Matrix is a great place to start your journey as we've built a portfolio of effective products, pre-tested in a range of pack options ready for you to rebrand and take to market.
Once you've placed your order and we have a Purchase Order from you, we will send you an New Customer Pack which has a few documents for you to complete. This provides us with the necessary information we require from you to continue your order. Along with these forms, you will also be sent a range of files that detail some of our processes for you to familiarise yourself with.
Yes, we will send you samples of your final Pre-Production samples along with an Finished Product Specification (FPS) to sign off before your order goes into full production.
Our price breaks are at Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) of 1k, 2.5k, 5k then 10k. These are the breaks that will give you a reduction in unit price, the higher the MOQ, the lower your unit price.
All samples are chargeable, but redeemable against a bulk order. You can order samples here.
Our MOQ is just 1000 units. However, this will increase if you choose special packaging decoration options such as silk screen printing or foiling. MOQs will also increase if you require custom formulation or fragrance.
Our lead time is 8 weeks from signed off artwork.
