Animal testing of cosmetic products and cosmetic ingredients is banned in the UK and EU. Selling cosmetic products tested on animals or containing ingredients tested on animals is also banned. Article 20 of the UK and EU Cosmetics Regulations is very clear and states that 'cruelty free' and 'not tested on animals' claims are only allowed when companies can demonstrate that no animal testing has ever happened in the past. While animal testing has been banned in the EU for cosmetic products in 2004 and for ingredients in 2009, and this ban has been replicated under the UK Cosmetics Regulation, cosmetic ingredients are likely to have been tested on animals at some point in the past.
Therefore, making those statements are no more than claiming compliance with legal requirements (much the same as claiming that a product doesn’t contain any illegal ingredients).
Fragrances used are vegan and allergen free but not 100% natural.

All Pelham Matrix products are formulated with clean ingredients and checked for safety, but they have not been specifically tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women. For those pregnant or breast feeding, we recommend checking the ingredients list of any product with a doctor to address any concerns.

Yes, but only for orders over 2500 units. Your product would also need to go through full testing after the addition of a new fragrance.
