At Pelham we make sure that the suppliers we work with are of high quality to deliver the best finished product. Premium is subjective to each brand, and you can get creative depending on your desired finish. You can opt for glass packaging, which is often associated with a more premium feel, be mindful that it's also more fragile and heavier which requires careful handling compared to plastic alternatives. We also offer screen printing, this technique can create a high-end look, it may be subject to longer lead times and is more costly compared to wrap labelling. Full colour wrap labels are a cost effective and flexible way to convey sophistication to your products as they're digital you can get creative with your graphic design. We usually suggest to our customers a matte label finish which gives a premium feel. Artworks play a large part in creating a premium product, consider your typography and colour pallet to convey sophistication.

Once you've placed your order and we have a Purchase Order from you, we will send you an New Customer Pack which has a few documents for you to complete. This provides us with the necessary information we require from you to continue your order. Along with these forms, you will also be sent a range of files that detail some of our processes for you to familiarise yourself with.

Yes, we will send you samples of your final Pre-Production samples along with an Finished Product Specification (FPS) to sign off before your order goes into full production.

We charge £75 per pallet for delivery, we require a delivery address and booking in procedure information from you. This works on a next day system with pallet service. Once you have signed your final Production Standards, we can release your stock for delivery. Our warehouse can support with any paperwork or details you need from us. We can also work with you to organise a collection of your final order if you'd prefer.

To colour match plastic packaging, it's matched and printed at the factory. Therefore, we will require a pantone reference or a sample to match to. This comes with it's own Minimum Order Quantity of 10k per component. For example, if your order is for 5k units of products, you will still need to order 10k of colour matched caps to fulfil the factory's order requirements.

Our price breaks are at Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) of 1k, 2.5k, 5k then 10k. These are the breaks that will give you a reduction in unit price, the higher the MOQ, the lower your unit price.

We would not recommend using fragrance alongside sun filters.
