All customers are required to send the Matrix team their artwork for us to upload it to Filestage and get a finalised approval. At Pelham we don’t have design services available for customers to use, we recommend that you work with a graphic designer to develop your branding and artworks. Whilst we don’t offer branding and design services, we do offer full regulatory support including artwork guidance and compliance checks and can support on key product claims and call outs for marketing purposes.

We provide full support and guidance to help you make sure your packaging contains all of the required information, including mandatory information such as INCI, warnings, directions for use etc.

We use FSC paper and card stock in our cartons to ensure they are sourced in a responsible manner. Of course they're also 100% recyclable. Wherever possible we also use fully recyclable components. Many of our plastic components use 30% PCR (Post Consumer Recyclate) and our glass and aluminium components are also 100% recyclable.

We give customers the choice to include a unit carton should they wish and will advise all labelling guidance for this.

Compatibility testing has been carried out on all our formulas and packaging formats.

Fragrances used are vegan and allergen free but not 100% natural.

All Pelham Matrix products are formulated with clean ingredients and checked for safety, but they have not been specifically tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women. For those pregnant or breast feeding, we recommend checking the ingredients list of any product with a doctor to address any concerns.
